Amaranth seed is high in protein (15-18 percent), two essential amino acids that are not commonly found in grains. It mainly has religious beliefs and is used in fasting. The grain is used to make parathas, poori's, pakoras, cutlets, chikki, etc. Amaranth seed processed in our unit is cleaned and colour sorted in Japanese Colour Sorter machine which ensures no foreign material.
